Phillip Niedzielski-Eichner is a seasoned leader with over 40 years of corporate and public sector managerial, program and project leadership, with time spent equally in each sector.  He has held federal senior executive service (SES) appointments in the U.S. Departments of Energy and its National Nuclear Security Administration and at the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission, as Chief of Staff to the Chairman. 

He advises clients on how best to secure their policy goals through federal, state and local intergovernmental system.

As a national policy expert on "all things nuclear," his practice spans the spectrum of nuclear technology policy, including power generation and regulation, nuclear deterrence and arms control, counterterrorism and counterproliferation and nuclear waste.

He recognizes the double-edged risk/opportunity technology poses on democratic institutions. On the opportunity side, he helps public sector clients apply digital platforms to meaningfully engage citizen in executive and legislative policy-crafting within the conceptual frameworks offered by civic tech, open governance and deliberative democracy.
